Prof Radwan is retiring

After 27 years of distinguished career at UCF as Chair, CATSS director and distinguished professor, Dr. Radwan is retiring. We hope he has a wonderful retirement! He will be missed, but not forgotten. He has done so much for the department and his students.

Undergraduate Civil Engineering student got two awards

Undergraduate Civil Engineering student, Lailee Bottom, took home both First Prize and the People’s Choice award for her presentation at the 2017 ShORE meeting. Dr. Kelly Kibler was her research mentor. Lailee’s research was funded by grants awarded to UCF from the National Estuaries Program and National Science Foundation.
